AI workshops and upskilling for creative teams

Workshops and upskilling programmes that look at AI from all sides: what it actually is, what it can make, where it fails and what it changes for the people who use it. AI is already part of the work; what matters is how teams use it, and on whose terms.

FormatsWorkshops · Upskilling programmes · AI literacy training (EU AI Act). Online or in person, in English or Polish, for groups of up to 100 people.

Best forCreative, brand and product teams adopting AI; organisations meeting EU AI Act literacy requirements; universities and art schools rethinking how they teach.

ExperienceMore than 70 workshops. I have taught AI tools to marketing and design teams.

Programmes

  1. AI Upskilling Masterclass for Creative TeamsHands-on sessions for design, brand and product teams. Participants work with current generative AI tools on their own briefs, compare results and leave with a shared way of deciding what AI is for in their work, and what it is not for.
  2. AI Literacy and the EU AI ActA clear introduction to how AI works, where it fails and how to use it responsibly, designed to support your organisation’s AI literacy measures under Article 4 of the EU AI Act.
  3. Ahead of the Curve: The Psychology of AI ChangeFor leaders and learning teams introducing AI. Why people adopt, resist or quietly work around new tools, what that resistance is telling you, and how to plan change around the people expected to live with it.

AI literacy and the EU AI ActArticle 4 of the EU AI Act asks organisations to take measures that support their staff’s AI literacy; it requires no certificate and no set level. A workshop is one such measure, and I provide the agenda and an attendance record for your documentation.
